McLennan did an excellent job transforming our kitchen, powder room, and bathroom. Many people had shared horror stories about how difficult remodeling can be, but the McLennan team was a pleasure to work with, we wouldn't hesitate to take on another project with them. We were living across the country during the project, and from afar the team always kept us updated. When there were surprises, they quickly came up with solutions. McLennan's work is meticulous -- they proactively addressed problems we hadn't even noticed. Marsha resolved countless issues -- from appliances showing up hours early for delivery to offering to take in our mail. Everyone we worked on the team was great - thanks also to Tim, Dave and Claire, and everyone else involved. Our family is very happy with our home, thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with McLennan on a commercial project, where I served as the interior designer. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Tim, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable and fully committed to the success of the project. His expertise and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Tim's team was always responsive, professional, and attentive to detail, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and on schedule. It was clear that they genuinely care about delivering high-quality results. Tim and his crew are A+. We recently had them finish our basement into a large entertainment space complete with full bath and full kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Even though the initial estimate came in higher than expected, his team worked tirelessly to get the renovation within a budget we were comfortable with while still giving us a quality, exceeding expectations finished product. He even was able to accommodate our tight schedule, even finding a way to schedule the starting date of the project 2 weeks earlier than originally planned so as to ensure we met our deadline with time to spare. Even with snow and winter sickness, he finished the project a couple days earlier than was originally planned out. The very minor warranty issues we have had, Tim and his team have responded quickly and efficiently and corrected the issues in a very timely manner. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience for our renovation and would recommend Mclennan Contracting to anyone looking for a low stress, no hassle renovation. A rarity in this field.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the entire McLennan team - from the pre-build and design process through build and completion. As small hiccups happened, Marsha and Dillon were extremely responsive and reliable to address with their subcontractors and right the issues quickly. I’d recommend McClellan to anyone looking for high quality work and a great team.

I cannot recommend McLennan Contracting more highly for anyone that is looking for an outstanding construction company with amazing, caring people that will guide you all the way through a home project. When we started our search to renovate our outdated kitchen, McLennan stood out because they listened to our ideas and our quandaries and gave sensible ideas with budget guidelines for different update possibilities - rather than guiding us in a manipulative way toward expensive re-do’s (as we felt with other companies we interviewed.) We discerned rightly that they were trying to discover what we preferred and make that happen - and they came through in every way. Our designer, Madison, who is so kind and so very talented, was amazing as she helped us through the first stagebof the process. As we were still not sure of the scope of our project, she learned what we liked and then helped us with options aimed to fit our style and function needs. She helped us with every little detail, giving pros and cons for various choices and even researching ideas to see if they could work for us (like how to fit a lazy Susan in a small space or put electrical boxes in an island…). She was just an amazing source for us and was a huge part of the kitchen turning out better than we ever imagined - and she did it all with finesse and the best of attitudes! The construction time was overseen by Marsha, an organized, very encouraging project manager who ran a tight ship and brought the project to completion by deadline and in budget - amazing!!! Of course Tim McLennan ran all things behind the scenes and had obviously set up the course with wisdom and people skills to choose great workers. The team effort was underway and every day we were amazed at what they all got done! Shawn, a very talented carpenter and creative woodworker with skills in all things construction was on site most days and so approachable and caring. We have used McLennan, for our Kitchen remodel and I can’t express in words how impressed I was with the quality and expertise of their team! We have the privilege of working with Madison, Tim, Marsha and Dave. The team was willing to work with us regarding price point, flexible when we asked for change orders, and overall very organized from a project management perspective. I knew ahead of time when things were getting completed. Overall I would highly recommend using their team!

I cannot rave enough about McLennan Contracting. One of our adult children lives at home, and we wanted to take two rooms, a hallway and a bathroom and turn it into an apartment for her (minus a kitchen). McLennan had great design ideas that helped us gain space and give our daughter privacy. Their subcontractors were outstanding. And the project manager was on top of everything and so easy to work with. The result is an extraordinary space that gives our daughter a space of her own that is bright, airy and modern. We liked them so much we used them again to update one of our bedrooms. Everything about McLennan is first rate. I'd give more than five stars if I could. Oh, and they met the work deadline they set and came in at the price that was quoted. #topnotch

Ok, what a fabulous experience!!! We re-did our 30 year old kitchen with the McLennan team. They were fantastic every step of the way from showing us our options, listening, and guiding us through the decision process, to the designing, to the actual construction, to staying on target with the timeline as well as the budget. Ultimately, we opted for a full renovation and it turned out better than expected. Frankly, it's simply wonderful. The whole team was excellent. I could not recommend them more highly. My wife and I are overwhelmingly thankful and pleased. You can't go wrong with the McLennan Team!!!

The fine people at McLennan went above and beyond to bring our concept into reality. Madison, our designer, helped us to refine our thoughts and ideas into a coherent plan. Our project manager, Marsha, made sure every trade and business involved followed the schedule and that we came in on time and on budget. Tim McLennan and all the contractors he has working with him have a fine eye for detail and made sure everything was just right and according to the design. We still can not believe that the actual “after” pictures look exactly like the concept drawings we approved at our initial meeting. I would recommend McLennan to anyone in need of a dedicated and professional contractor. They were amazing to work with. Please see the pictures of the finished project, the before picture, and the concept drawing to see just what an amazing project to see just what an incredible job they did on our project.
